The Peak Adventure is proud to be a provider of the nationally recognised ‘John Muir Award’ which invites participants to Discover, Explore, Conserve and Share our local wild places.

This award is delivered over a number of weeks and at a variety of locations. This will help all participants to develop both knowledge and enthusiasm for local wild spaces.

This award is at the heart of The Peak Adventures ethos. so, because of this all of our adventures offer participants the opportunity to work towards their John Muir Award as part of any multi-day adventures.

We were honoured to be included in a recent case study by John Muir Award officer Emily Button called Wild and Well. The study reflects on how organisations across England are taking action to harness the power of nature connection to promote positive action for mental health and wellbeing.
